3.Prove Product：
Seller provide the Lawyer ATTESTTATION （prove product），and latest transaction records and videos as well as distribution authorization letters, etc.

4.MT760/MT700
The seller provides MT700/760 template, the buyer’s bank issues MT 760/MT700DRAFT to the seller for review, and the seller and its financial company confirm the wording and sign.

5.The buyer (financier) sends the official MT 799 to the seller’s designated bank. After the seller’s financial company confirms the 799, the buyer sends MT700/760 to the seller’s designated bank.

Note: MT 760/700 is not sent to Hongyao’s Canadian bank, but is sent directly to Hongyao Back to Back Financial Group

6. Copy of MT760/700 is sent from the buyer’s bank officer to the seller’s bank officer with a copy to our email address.

7. After the funds are in place, Hongyao immediately pays the factory payment, as well as the buyer’s 1% signing fee + 2% PB at the same time, as well as attorney fees and commissions, etc.

8. FOB price
Copies of documents and CI are received after shipment in Brazil/other ports. The buyer checks the products and documents at the loading port to confirm that there are no problems with SGS/BOL and documents. SGS can verify and change the buyer’s name, the buyer releases MT103 to Hongyao, the seller changes all documents and writes the buyer’s name, the FOB price can be reduced by 10USD, but the seller can also CIF buyer port.

9. CIF price
If the buyer seeks CIF, we can ship the product directly to the port designated by the buyer,
change the documents and title, and the buyer will release MT 103 to Hongyao, SBLC/DLC takes 2 months.

10.DDP
If the buyer seeks DDP we can ship the product directly to the port designated by the buyer Use a
professional logistics company to complete customs procedures, pay various customs fees including tax fees, and finally deliver the product to the buyer’s designated warehouse after entering the customs. Then arrange for the buyer to request inspection. After success, the product will be inspected through the Brazilian Bank. Bank of America arranges for docking of all original documents, completes payment and replaces all product names with TITLE under the buyer’s name.（Price to be negotiated separately).
